 Booking & Notifications

Q: What happens after I book?

A: You’ll receive a confirmation email with booking details. Be sure to check your spam folder! Questions? Email us at thepottersbarceramics@gmail.com.

 Parking & Location

Q: Where can I park?

A: There’s on‑site parking and nearby lots ($8–10/day), plus meter parking. Parking fees are not included.

 Refunds & Rescheduling

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: No refunds—All sales are final, but if you reschedule at least 7 days before your class, you’ll receive credit valid for 6 months. Same-day cancellations/reschedules are non-refundable.

 Pottery Classes

Q: Do I get to take my piece home the same day?

A: No—pottery must dry, be bisque‑fired, glazed (choose from 12 colors), and glaze‑fired. You’ll get a pick‑up email in about 3 weeks. If it’s delayed (e.g. kiln maintenance), rest assured we are working on your piece and you will receive a notification once it is available.

Q: What if my piece breaks in the kiln?

A: All sales are final, but we offer either a studio‑made replacement piece or 50% off another class.

Q: When do I need to pick up my piece?

A: Pick-up is available once you receive the “ready for pick-up” email. Please collect your work within 1 month of that notice—any unclaimed pieces will be donated.

Q: Do you ship?

A: Yes! Shipments to the U.S. are $14.99 for up to 2 pieces. International rates vary; payment via PayPal invoice.

 Kintsugi Class

Q: What’s included in the Kintsugi class?

A: You’ll pick a studio piece to break and repair yourself. You leave with your beautiful, mended work and the skills to continue Kintsugi on your own.

 Silver Ring Class

Q: Can I set stones in my ring?

A: We don’t supply gems, but feel free to bring your own.

• With stones: Your ring will be ready for pick-up in 2 days after firing.

• Without stones: We’ll fire your ring in class, and you can take it home same day.

 Private Events

Q: How many guests can you accommodate?
